- What is important to you in your work?
- I always make eye contact when talking to people.By looking into someone's eyes when you talk to them, you can see what they are thinking and feeling.I try my best to have a heart-to-heart conversation with my patients.
- When do you feel rewarded?
- It is difficult to deal with patients who have poor vision due to diseases such as keratoconus, but I feel rewarded when they are satisfied with my care.I also realized that being able to help others was connected to my own growth.

What do you think? - I'm happy that the lunch box is subsidized.It is convenient that there is a convenience store next to the clinic.Also, there is no overtime and I can go home on time, so I can secure my private time and go out to eat with my friends after work.
- How is the atmosphere at work?
- We have a large staff and people of all ages working there, so there's a lot to learn.The environment is open and easy to talk to, so they listen to everyone's opinions and give advice.
