- What is important to you in your work?
- Human beings rely on sight for 9% of information, but many patients who come to the ophthalmology department cannot rely on their sight, so I try to talk to them and provide assistance according to the patient.For example, I speak to patients with hearing loss in a loud, easy-to-understand voice, and to foreign patients, I use English as much as possible and use gestures to communicate.In addition, for blind patients, we call out to them every time they make a move, such as when touching their body.
- When do you feel rewarded?
- Before I even said ``I'm an ophthalmologist,'' it was my first time in a clinic environment, so I was happy because I felt like I had ``grown'' when I was able to put the knowledge and skills I had learned to use.Also, when a patient says "thank you," that's the moment when I feel it's worth it.

What do you think? - It's a 1-minute walk from Kanayama Station, making commuting easy and convenient.In terms of treatment, I am busy with many surgeries in addition to consultations and tests, but I think the treatment is good compared to other ophthalmology clinics.There are consecutive holidays during Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays.In addition, you will be able to participate in the latest surgeries and examinations in ophthalmology, such as ICL, which will help you improve your skills.

- There are many friendly and warm staff, and it is a comfortable place to work.It's easy to talk to them about things other than work, which I'm very grateful for as a new employee.Also, everyone is beautiful and wonderful.

お 願 い し ま す - Even though I had no prior experience in ophthalmology, thanks to everyone's guidance, I was able to expand my scope of work to include outpatient clinics, operating rooms, and examination rooms.This clinic will do its best to support you if you want to try a new field.
- What kind of people do you want to be friends with?
- I have a lot to do with other departments, so I would like to grow with people who are cooperative and who are interested in ophthalmology.
