Small interactions, big encouragement

A first-time patient asked us if they wanted to send a referral letter by fax, and we were able to accommodate their request.
However, the fax took a long time to arrive, so I had to go back and forth to the patient's place several times to confirm, which made for a somewhat hectic time.
When the fax finally arrived and I told them about it,
"Thank you so much for checking it over and over again."
He called out to me, saying,
Hearing those words, I truly felt that my hard work was worth it.
We will continue to value each and every response so that we can continue to receive such comments.
