"Emergency response" initiatives at in-hospital study sessions

Nagoya Eye Clinic regularly holds in-house study sessions to improve staff knowledge.
This includes emergency response training in case of an emergency.
The other day, a patient fell in the waiting room.
The staff nearby noticed the situation immediately and worked together to quickly respond by calling a nurse, preparing a wheelchair, and contacting a doctor. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported, so we breathed a sigh of relief.
In addition to eye care, we believe that creating an environment where patients can feel at ease when visiting our clinic is also an important part of medical care.
We will continue to strive to be fully prepared to welcome you all.
