We interviewed a doctor who underwent cataract surgery (Odyssey) at our hospital!

[After cataract surgery]
Previously, my vision was blurry, like looking through frosted glass, and even pulling out weeds required a lot of trial and error. When I consulted my family doctor, he told me that surgery would not necessarily improve my vision, and I was hesitant to undergo surgery, but an acquaintance recommended Nagoya Eye Clinic, so I decided to have the surgery.
[Reasons for choosing Odyssey lenses]
These new multifocal lenses are not widely available nationwide, and I was attracted to the fact that they reduce glare and halos and provide a natural vision, so I chose them on the recommendation of my doctor.
[Postoperative vision]
I can see smoothly from close up to mid-distance, and I can see fine details of just a few tenths of a millimeter clearly. It took a little time to get used to it, but it became comfortable after about three weeks.
Distant views and color clarity have improved, and the examination room feels brighter. There is still some halo and glare, but it's not noticeable.
[Changes in daily life]
I can now enjoy hobbies that require a sense of distance and the ability to see details, such as horseback riding and rose trimming, with peace of mind.
[About choosing a clinic]
I realize that it is important to choose a facility that is highly specialized and has a large number of cases.
"Now is the time to make your own choices. I would like to recommend Nagoya Eye Clinic," he says, proactively telling those around him.
