Feelings conveyed beyond words

Although it was a clumsy message, I felt that my desire to "communicate" and "be of help" had been conveyed, and I was very happy.
I think that not understanding the language in addition to the illness leads to even greater anxiety.
That's why I felt that these words of gratitude were not directed at me personally, but at the Nagoya Eye Clinic as a whole, which continues to provide English-language services.
I hope to continue providing support that will bring some peace of mind.
