However, some patients and their families who receive treatment, or those related to them, make demands that go beyond the bounds of common sense, or engage in verbal or physical actions that deny the dignity of our staff, violence, sexual harassment, etc., which are serious problems that lead to a deterioration of the work environment and clinical environment (these verbal and physical actions of patients and their families are called "pay harassment"). Our clinic will not tolerate pay harassment, and will take a firm stance against these nuisances in order to respect and protect the human rights of not only our staff, but also other patients and their families.

Guide to using My Number Health Insurance Card

As of December 2024, 12, new issuance of health insurance cards will end, and current health insurance cards will expire on December 2, 2025. At Nagoya Eye Clinic, we have installed a card reader at the reception desk and ask patients who have a My Number card to consent to the My Number health insurance card.

I started working in January of this year and took a break due to maternity leave, but returned in July.Thank you.

Well, childbirth is accompanied by pain.This was actually my third time giving birth, but since I'm scared and sensitive to pain, I've chosen a hospital each time hoping for a painless delivery.However, painless childbirth is not always successful because the timing is not right or childbirth occurs too early.
I wasn't expecting much this time, but on my third try, I finally succeeded in having a pain-free delivery.
With the peace of mind of anesthesia and the lack of pain, it was a much easier and less anxious birth than I had ever had before.Anesthesia is amazing!It was a good opportunity to reaffirm this and think about how stressful pain and anxiety can be.

The level of pain is different from childbirth, but there is a lot of anxiety about eye surgery.Most people are very nervous during surgery.As for pain, it is possible to sufficiently suppress it with conventional eye drops and anesthesia.Laughing gas anesthesia is a reliable anesthesia that reduces not only pain but also anxiety.Although it varies from person to person, you can undergo the surgery in a relaxed, almost tipsy state (this may not be possible in some cases, so please consult with us).
Also, anesthesia and drugs are not the only ways to relieve pain and anxiety.This is understandable from past childbirth experience, but pain and anxiety can be reduced through safe, retro methods such as talking to the patient during surgery and holding the patient with a pillow.
