● The My Number card that has been registered for use as a health insurance card is your My Number card. Registration can be easily done using a face recognition card reader installed at the reception desk of a medical institution or pharmacy.

You cannot receive treatment with this card alone. If for some reason we are unable to confirm your eligibility, please present this card together with your My Number card.

About acquisition addition

Our hospital has introduced an online eligibility verification system, and you can use your health insurance card (My Number Health Insurance Card) with your My Number card.
In accordance with the medical fee calculation requirements set by the government, from December 2024, 12, we will be calculating the following "medical information acquisition surcharge" in addition to the initial consultation fee or follow-up consultation fee, regardless of whether or not you use a My Number Health Insurance card.
